My Vacuum Nightmares

I think I am finally putting the last of the vacuum issues to rest. You see I bought the car already converted to a single by a previous owner.... for a really good price. It had numerous vacuum leaks...well uncapped. I wouldn't say leaks more like vacuum holes.

Anyways, my question is:

What is this and does it need to be vacuum capped? I've got 4 of them (I think) just sitting where the rats nest used to be. I've looked at the vacuum diagram in the sticky and it doesn't seem to account for these.

Ok, they're solenoid valves. Still the question. Cap these nor not?

Since, you are single, you don't need any of those solenoids. Just remove the whole rats' nest and cap off the source (manifold side) of the vacuum lines.

Great! Thanks for the reply. Manifold side is capped. Just wasn't sure about those things. They're just laying there. TIME TO GO!
