Well got the car finished yesterday. It runs like a beast at only 14psi. I need to adjust the settings on the PROFECB spec 2 bad. It hits 14psi by 4500 rpms in 1st gear. I havent really ran through the gears yet until it gets tuned more.

You have any pics? Marco from Magnus Motorsports builds a manifold thats similar to what your describing. Its divided, equal length, and uses dual 38mm Tial's. Its all 16 gauge 321SS with 1/2" 321ss flanges!!! Real damn nice. I think he asks about $800 for them.

Well what happened there was frame of the turbo was getting close to the frame of the car. So we cut out the rounded piece of the frame and welded in a flat thick piece of steel. I am going to repaint the engine bay so that will be covered up soon.

What grade materials are you guys using? How thick are the pipe walls and flanges? What inside diameter main and wg runners are you using?
I'm not positive if the Magnus manifold is $800, its been a while since I talked to him about the price. I THINK it was around $800 but I'm not positive.

I am using very stiff motor mounts in the car, the motor moves very little. How would I snap the manifold because its sitting to close to the side again?

Zero R is affraid that the engine movement may result in the turbo being pressed against the inside of the strut tower under throtle applications, there for resulting in the mainfold either being bent or broken.
