I ran the car at the drag strip last night and went 11.60 @ 123 @16psi. I was having Profec B spec 2 probs with boost. I will go back to the track at 20 psi and try again soon.

great numbers look like the profec b is having a hard time syncing 2 wastegates or your springs are too small. making your power bounce around. looks like a hell of aride from 4k up. what pump are you using? your injectors should be mostly maxed out. the wavy lines on the big end can also be cuased from not enough fuel. like your injectors are maxing out or fuel pressure on the rail is dropping off.

I am running two nippo pumps at 13 volts. I was watching the fuel pressure on the dyno passes and I was getting no pressure drop. I have the base pressure at 38 psi on the fuel.

I tuned the fuel around Pluto's timing map.
IDC's were pretty high at 22 psi...around 92% if I remember right.
Need to beat that boost controller into submission, rev it out to 8200, and feed it some C16. With that much fuel pump (it has 2 Supra pumps with good power) we can turn up the base pressure to 49 psi or so and retune. 13.5% more fuel...673 crank won't be a problem.

Laying Down Rotary Law
Nice! love the sound the turbo makes
you likely need stiffer wastegate springs
the Profec can only do so much past the spring rate
Are you using the 71 , 74 or 76mm version?
T6 frame 1.15 ?
