I need to know how close my injectors are to maxing out, but I dont know how to tell since my ems reads in MS. I think I saw about 8ms @ 8psi

What is your EMS? % Duty Cycle changes with RPM at a constant MS. On a Microtech it actually can show you this on the main screen when the car is running I believe.

Taking it directly from your base map is not 100 percent acurate as there are modifiers involved.

AIT/Coolant temps/battery charge/fuel temp all are things that can play a factor.

Best thing to do is find out what rpm your want to run up to as your max.

So if you want to run up to 7k you would do 7000/60 (gives you rotations per second).

take the inverse to get how long a rotation is in seconds... so

7000/60 = 116.666

1/116.6666 = .00857

so that's 8.5ms

You said your running at 8ms @ 8 psi.

so it would be 8/8.5

That would be 94 percent at 7k at 8 psi.

^^^^

I have not checked the math, but the concept is correct.
