Your right, I won't have to blame Dave. Instead I can thank Dee for tuning me a 9second street car with full interior, pwr. steering and a/c.......

Thanks though, its been a long time coming.

Hey Ernie,
Looks good! What kind of numbers are you shooting for with the T88? I just upgraded from a t78 to t88 and put down 530rwhp on 1.4 bar according to Chris at RP, cant wait to pick her up.

You can get it from Demetrios K. (Reactive Racing) for $2375. That includes the trigger wheel assembly, ignition system, and the Tec3R.
Its very nice so far.

Im shooting for mid 600rwhp at 30ish psi and as close to 500rwhp on pump gas, but I won't push it on pump. Would be nice to run some 10 second passes on pump gas though, then turn it up and see how close to the 9's I can get to.

10sec passes on pump gas has been done, it's possible with no problems.

No, its actually a T-88H kit for a Supra, but the manifold is from a T88 kit off a RX7. Plus the exhaust side has been extrude honed. May help with spool. Dunno yet.

and on Nitto drag radial as well :-)

By the way....since my reply never made it to that closed thread, here's a bit of it.

FYI: Dee has my respect as far as a rotary builder and tuner, therefore I hold him to a higher standard.
The issue isn't Dee but his spokesperson !!!!
I've known Dee since he started racing that same black FD and thats many years ago.
I'm sure he'll do well this year and we will all keep our eyes on his car.

I'm done here.
JD

Your CYM is looking good, hope to see it at the track soon.

ERNIE!!

Where do you plan on tuning for high boost? on the street or on the dyno? I don't see how you guys run that much boost on the street without killing yourselves....
