My choice - HKS TO4S / my mods / the car / how many rwhp ?
After a lot of thinking , discussions , with you guys , i decide to go with HKS TO4S :
compressor :
-wheel 60 trim- 59,0 inducer / 76.2 major
- housing 100 inlet / 60 outlet -0.70 A/R
turbine :
-wheel 76 trim - 74.2 major / 64.7 exducer
- housing - TO4 inlet / 65 .75 outlet - 1.0 A/R
The engine has 19.000 miles -
stock porting
2mm stock apex seals
greedy fmic
koyo rad
hks twin power
magnecor 16 bit wires
10.5 plugs
free flow exhaust
550 cc inj
1300 cc inj
sard fuel pump in tank ( 280lt/h )
sard fuel reg
PFC + DATAL
AVC-R boost contr
102 RACE FUEL
the car is almost ready , and the tuner said that this car with 16psi of boost can produce 400 +1 rwhp @ 6.800 - 7000 rpm with ( 11.5 - 11.7 a/f ratio ).
Correct or not ?
Thanks in advance !

Well a couple things...
I think you need more fuel injectors to be safe. 550 and 1300 might not be enough fuel unless you turn the pressure up high. I use 550 and 1600 and it is barely enough for me.
400 rwhp is possible, but it might be hard to do on the stock ports at only 16 PSI. I made a little more than 400 at 14 PSI on a street port.
11.5-11.7 Air/Fuel ratio will help make more power, but you better be running the race fuel all the time then...

550 and 1600s are a good combo for the power you want to make. i have this setup with a cosmo full pump and it works out great. Im making over 400 rwhp and i only reached like 73 percent injector duty, or something like that.

I have 850 & 1300 set up..it is good for 460 or 470 to the wheels. I wanted to avoid buying the rail when i first went with the 1300s. If I knew I was going to need more fuel eventually I most likely would have used 550/1600 combo. I also have a turbo that is just about the same size as yours...a hair bigger so I obviously have a bias opinion but I think you made the right decision with the 1.0. I think 400 or very close would not be an amazement to anyone.
