I need to buy a boost controller to start tuning my car and am looking at the APEXi AVC-R one. I see a lot of the silver/blue ones in pics, I also see a bunch of the "limited edition" black ones for sale on ebay. I also found on ATP turbos website that theirs is black but has a silver screen now?

How many different versions of this controller are there? Do any of them read in PSI? What other measurement units do they display for boost, just mm/Hg? That would suck IMO. What't their reputation for reliability? It looks easy to use to me, I read the manual on their website (dated 1999, btw) but would like to hear from any users if that is true. Maybe it would be better to get one with dual solenoids?
