That wouldn't surprise me - if you do a search, the do not have the most spotless customer satisfaction record.

Hope everything goes well for you...

Mazda Racing.... as in Mazdaracing.com?

If so, I'd forget about your money and move on. As Ted said, there are countless posts about how many people they have ripped off....myself included several years ago.

Sorry

I live in Hawaii and don't know the area that well. I know his business was out of Simi Valley, does anybody know what can be done with this guy? Cops, better business bureau etc.
Thanks for your info.

I guess that partially depends on how you paid for your deposit? With a postal Mo by chance? If so that may be mail fraud? If you used a CC perhaps you can dispute it with them.

Otherwise I'm not totally sure... that's kinda how I lost out. I ultimatley lost $300 and that was after they had my $1600 for 6 months

Info about Mazda racing

I think i am going to talk to the prosecutors office in his town. If anybody has been ripped off by this guy, let me know when and how much. I am going to discuss this with them. This guy should not be out there ripping off true rx guys like us off. If any body is interested please leave your info here. I am definetly going to see this guy out of business.
thanks

you want to burn this guy go to www.mazspeed.com and tell your case there.
im sure many would love to hang jeff.
if you use the search fucntion there are many many posts of very bad business practices.

if you used a credit card call your CC company and cancel the charge.

if you used a money order report it.
thats gets the FBI into it!!

thanks for your info. I talked to the prosecutors office in Simi Valley, they said that if I could get information from other people who have been ripped off by him they will go after him. If you know anyone who has been ripped off by him please leave the info here and i will pass it along.
Thanks again

Certainly me, for $300... but that was back in 98 or 99... so the statute of limitations may well have run out... haha, I still have all the origional emails though I think.
