Manifold problems

I just got a turbokit with the gtx35r with 1.06 A/R housing.

But the exhaust housing is hitting the secondary runner on the front rotor LIM.
I tryied to grind the LIM and tok some few milimeters on the exhaust housing.
But I still need some more space.
So I figured out id make a flang in black steel 10mm tick and put this first on the engine block with gasket and a new gasket again against the manifoil.
Anyone that think that exhaust flow will me redused now?
Ill run 1,8bar /max flow of the gtx35r compressor.

Why the manifoil did not fit is beacause I have the Xsessive LIM.

Shoud I wrap the manifoil in exhaust tape or should I leave it open?
