Leak

I am having a problem with what sounds like a leak. I have heard this ever since I installed my new T04s kit on a new motor. The kit does not have a filter on it yet. The sound is just as loud as the blow off valve but its not the valve. I have swapped out a blow off valve, upper intake, and throttle body. None of these make a difference. The lower intake has a metal gasket. I did pour alot of water under the engine to test the lower gasket. It does not stall out until the water gets to the primary injectors. When water gets on the injector bottoms where they join up to the engine the motor begins to bog down. The sucking or blowing sound starts at about 5inches of vacuum and holds all the way through boost. Is it possible that the injectors are not sealed - Note: I do not smell any gas. Is the turbo without a filter loud, as far as the sucking goes. Note: I do have a microscreen over the intake until I have time to figure out how I want to run my intake. When I replaced the primary rail I did not replace the seals on the primary rail. Anyone have any experiences like this or any advice.
