Knight sports turbo specs?
I just got a JDM 13BT S5, and it came with a aftermarket turbo on it. I'm pretty sure it's a Knight sports s320 high flow kit.
Can anyone give me any info/specs on this turbo. How much HP, and what kind of spool up can I get from a street ported turbo II. A/R?????

knight sports hybrid turbos were originally all turbonetics that had been "rebadged" the S320 was supposed to be 320 ps at the rear tires if I remember correctly.
best to contact turbonetics to find out which model of the hybrid they were selling knight sports at the time.

Knightsports sells an rf320 hybrid turbo, and a s320 hybrid turbo kit (do it yourself). Both supposed to be rated at 320ps. The rf320 required was an s5 hybrid, and required a core. The s320 kit could be installed on an s4 exhaust side, as such in my case.

Exhaust Manifold Leak
Also have this turbo, spools quite well, around .8bar at 3250rpm, but somehow the engine does not start too pull until 5k5-6k, from there on it pulls quite well for a stock engine apart from the turbo ecu and exh
Strange thing is also at high rpm boost drops off massively, lasting barely .5 bar at 7500rpm. before I had boostcreep and so I prted the wastegate passages (S5 turbine housing) quite a bit, but I think now the wasteagte is pressed open by the drive pressure due to the much larger surface area acting on the wastegate flap
the reason for no midrange I reckon must be bad sealing of the apexes, can't think of anything else

i have an rf320 that will be going on my car after its built. any suggestions for fuel injectors? it will be running an rtek unit, and dont just say "go standalone". ive read the arguments and made my decision.

running stock injectors, after 7000 think the pump or injectors are at the end, leaning out to afr 13.5 there when approaching 8000 rpm
If using the stock ecu, it would be possible just to run a aftermarket FPR and eventually pump and start from there, running higher fuel pressure. adjusting then the base fuel map so it doesnt run too rich at part load should not be too hard
