KFG T51 copy
I remember another member installed it in his car and actually liked it alot, And said it was very good.

The HKS T51R has a 70mm inducer x 94mm major compressor wheel. The 67mm inducer wheel mentioned is probably the wheel.. totally different than the HKS T51R. The backwall size (major) of the T51R is 94mm versus the smaller 84mm backwall that the 67mm inducer (Garrett T04R /Precision PT67) wheel carries. The HKS T51SPL has a 76mm inducer x 102mm major. ....just a little info you might want to know.

finally got onto the dyno yesterday. Makes full boost by 4500rpm. Made 457rwhp and 370ftlb torque (dyno dynamics) at 1.35bar (19psi). Ran the fuel pump out so am going to have to run a pump for each rail. Before i change fuel setup I will put my street ported engine in to see how much difference if any the bridge makes!

will get copy up soon. And yes we know the dyno reads low. But for us it is just a tool not a figure generator. The engine and turbo have loads more to go. But lack off fuel and ecu running out off load sites. Microturd rules again will have to send ecu off again to get the map sensor upgraded. trouble is last time this ecu got sent away it got lost, it did get the upgrade on the coils but not the map as it was supposed to. Since I haven't mentioned it already the engine is a turbo1 with very little work on the runners and it is in a T11.
I was hopeing for 500 but when I checked base fuel pressure it was 77psi. The gauge I used must have been tossed cos I set it up for 50psi. Hence i know I have run the fuel pump out. It is a bosch 044 not the supersport one, But then again we think we have out flowed that one with our main car

I think wgt's reads 5% over ours but that was before Pip went to NZ to get it sorted. The dyno that was a RS last year read my engine 30 flywheel hp over what ours had read the day before

Cheers this is the reason we got the dd dyno. But stillwe just use it as a tool not a number generator. for me the numbers come out on the track or strip. The trouble for me is I know the engine and turbo can do more but I only know this because off the dyno. The sword has two sides as they say

Sorry if the image is a bit large. It is only power and torque but then you can see when boost control comes into it.
Guessed it was you ED hopefully next year I will get my car on Pips dyno and get a comparison

Bit late on the reply but street port made 420 with all three tips on the rear rotor broke. This happened when the dizzy wiring shorted out and I had a 1.8bar pop back through intake. On the comp test at the time had a reading on rear rotor but nothing on front, As I had a meeting the next day I just did the front without looking at rear. Will know for next time
Boost was the same but afr's were lower I rekon would have made 430 if the same. But why flog it. Got the rough idea off the poer output

made 380 at 1bar using stock injectors( for some reason fuel pressure was massive 100psi ?) Thing I have noticed over all my graphs is power goes flat at 7000rpm. It is a seres 5 engine is this the size off runner causing this? I work on the series six all day every day and can get power rising all the way to 8500 and more if we wanted to I suspect but why bother. the fc is just my play car but want to know why the power goes flat If i had done what I have to a fd engine I would make peak power at 8500 so this leads me to the inlet runner size. Any one agree?
The S5 intake runners are LARGER then the FD intake runners. It may have more to do with other factors. Did you run the same porting intake and exhaust? It could also be turbo manifold, intake manifold (more bends in a s5 then s6) etc etc.

sorry didn't explain correctly. The inlet runner off the actual block are smaller on a series five than a six. this is my thinking forceing air through a smaller hole will not go so therefore a lower rev range.
I can say for sure it is not the turbo since my hks to4r stopped making power at the same rpm, Also looking back through customer dyno graphs the fc seems to stop making power at 7000rpm.
I now have two choices RE engine or custom plunem and lim. Maybe both
