I'm not sure if I'm allowed to post prices but Jason at RX7 Store is our only distributor at the time being. Call Jason or check his site for pricing

Only our GT35R and maybe the T61 and T63 turbos will have this manifold. The larger GT40R, T66, T67, T68, T70 turbos will sport longer primaries. All manifolds will have dual 38mm Tial wastegates.

Here is a pic of a kit we made for RX7-2JOCK (Dean). Turbo is a T63

Blown? I don't know what you mean by that. The welds from the primaries to flanges are welded both inside and out due to common cracks in these areas, if that's what you're refering to

Jason and you are pretty ruthless.. the text on the rx7store.net page describing the 35R kit is word for word the exact same on the www.a-spectuning.com site

"This turbo kit provides great streetability and a broad powerband, perfect for street driving and road racing. Dyno numbers are around 385-395 RWHP @15 psi on pump gas (stock ports) and over 400+ with higher boost! The GT35R is dual ball bearing turbo so spool up is ultra quick. Ported engines can have higher HP figures! Kit includes GT Series dual ball bearing Turbo, Stainless Manifold, Downpipe, Dual Tial 46mm wastegates, all lines, fittings and hardware. "

This is how you guys want to sell a kit????

same short manifold, same GT35R turbo, same GT40R turbo, same pricing (slightly cheaper) same description text on website.. the only differences is instead of it saying "Aspec GT35R" it says "Phamspeed GT35R" and the wastegate(s) is different

Even small shops like Reative/Gotham/A-spec/Davinci have the decency to market and produce something different than each other. all use different turbos, different layout, different names, different text on the website.

Hey im calling it like i see it.. seems like the Walmart/China ethics have struck again!

When I say "blown" I mean cutting the holes with torch.

Hey im calling it like i see it.. seems like the Walmart/China ethics have struck again!

First off, I do not have anything to do with Jason's discriptions on my kits.

Second, the GT35R turbos are not the only kits we are building. We also carry lots of T-series kits. The GT35R turbos are very popular turbos

Third, our manifolds do not have the same short primaries as A-Spec. We tried hard not to copy anyone's design. We even went as far as changing the whole manifold design just cause it looked alittle too much like A-Spec's. What you have to understand is when you're working with only 2 primaries, it takes some creativity to come up with a design not looking like someone else's. Our manifolds route differently and the turbos are mounted in a different place.

It's a bit weird that A-Spec gets so defensive about Phamspeed using the same GT35R turbos. So what ? It's not like you guys invented the turbos in the first place.

Look at the Supra guys, the Evo guys, the STi guys. Lots of vendors used the same turbos all across the board. WalMart/China ethics ? Hmmm... do you have authentic C-west bodykit pieces on your FD or is it Chuck's copy ? How many people in this forum buys replica bodykits ? Don't tell me you've never gone down to WalMart to buy something ever in your life.
Sorry, don't take this personal. Just a reality check.

Exactly, RPM and ASE were making 35R kits before A-Spec was.

Yeah...I can't see any pics...and I bougt my GT3540 from Ivan at RPM after Tim left to go to Horsepower in a Box. Now I know since then Aspec went from being the authorized US distributor for RPM to then redesigning and building their own GT35R kits.

I was not on here for a while....so I thin I missed when the 35/40 became the 35R....but I believe them to be the same, are they not?

Wrong please try again. Is this what Dave over at ASE told you? Or Ivan, how is he doing now? Both real class acts.

How about this, as stated at least Dee, Kahn and others market their own kits called their own names with their own sales pitch, I could care less if you or any one wants to sell 35R kits but at least be man enough to right your own sales pitch. Not rip it off my site word for word. Hey I got a great product I don't doubt others want in. Just let them be original about it.
