get a t4 and be done with it.

 

is there a certain reason you are wanting the T3 over the T4?

 

really just want to figure out want would be better. I want to be able to have full boost by 3k rpm. I'm going to drive the car fairly often but, also take it to the track as much as i can. So pretty much want it to be able to put 400 to the wheels for the track and around 350 or everyday.

 

And full boost is??? T3 1.06 is as small as I would run, and the divided T4 1.0 outperforms it both in response and top end. If 350whp is your goal with occasional 400whp as a target run the .84 divided T4, boost is just about instant, you will need to run higher boost though to achieve your 400whp mark than you would with the 1.0

 

i have the t3 1.06. full boost is more around 3300-3400 rpms. if your motor is stock ported i would suggest a atmo. external dump wg to achieve 400whp on pump. or getting the t4 1.0

 

god has spoken! seriously, listen to this man. i have the 1.06 housing on a 35r and was expecting it to be lagy as hell( got it in prep for a future streetport) and i am thouroghly impressed with its response. you will be happy with the t4, plus keep your egt's lower.
