? indentifying turbo" huge"

well guy's i found this turbo. it's huge and i'm curious if the 13b is capable of pushing it. It will be a pport motor with side ports and huge exhaust ports

It's a Garret cold side - .95 a/r
hot side - 1.30 a/r undivided

curious what this turbos is considered??

well i actually misread the a/r on the hot side. it reads 1.39 if that helps. it orginally came off a 8v92 if that helps.

what turbo is it? 1.39 would be a little more laggy on stock motor but should give you good amount of boost, i never seen those numbers on a T04, and a .95 is a big number,

.70/1.15 should get your 400hp+ @ 15PSI on stock motor

this motor is not stock race ported-62 degrees
semi pported ?? degrees
race ported exhaust-???
the engine/turbo are controlled by LT12 w/ AVC-R running on 100+octane with alcohol/H2O injection.
I'm just trying to figure out if i can handle this turbo, and if anyone else has played with a turbo this big...

i'll take some pictures to day and try to get them on here... this thing is just big. and i've got access to more.

A/R ratio is exactly that, a ratio.....without knowing the turbine wheel size, and the compressor wheel size, It'll be hard to tell. As a point of illustration, you could have a T25 with 1.39 A/R, and it would still be too small.

Off a 8V92 DD eh.... probably a bit too large, but....
