Important question ? what spring does the type-C WG have ?

Important question ? what spring does the type-C WG have ?
well ive been getting tooooo many different answers ...
i need to know asap what the spring is on a greddy type-C wastegate..... ive heard 21 psi .. 16 and a bunch of others in the middle !!
so if someone knows for sure please let me know .... and if it is a 20 psi spring can a manual boost controler bring it down to 16-18 ?
or will it not actuate pressure till after the spring presure has been reached
greddy told me it was a 16 psi and ive read thats its a 20 psi so im confused as **** !!!
