you will most likely need block off plates for your emissions equipment. also going to need a block off for your rear oil return and a fitting for the front, so the line from the turbo will mate with something. also, i don't think you're going to need coolant lines. i don't believe the to4r is a liquid cooled turbo, just oil. other than that, the list looks pretty complete. you'll find yourself running into small stuff that'll keep the job from going smoothly. good luck

oh yeah, you're probably going to need a 3 bar map sensor if you plan to run over 16-17psi

The prices are ok but you could have found a little better pricing on the turbo kit and pfc if you would have kept on looking.

the power fc still uses the stock map sensor. it's only good to like 17psi, anything above that and you'll need a new one. i know my t78 kit came with everything needed for install, but have never spoken to anyone about the t04r to see if it's the same way. i recommend using the search function on the forum and seeing what kind of info you can find

Maybe you should relocate your battery, koyo radiator with e-fans, and definetly would recommend you get a full rebuild kit from aviation and have your motor street ported. Also, if you have enough money I would port and polish both intake and exhaust manifolds. What kind of WG does this kit offer? BTW microtech offers 3 bar map sensors with the LTX-8 for about $950. I noticed you didn't have a catback mentioned, do you have dp and exhaust now? Does this turbo kit come with the v-band clamp and coupling? Iprefer either HKS SSQV, Blitz, and especially Tial BOV's over Greddy. 2 row should be good enough. Don't see a fuel pressure regulator on that list either. AND you definetly don't need those denso 850 cc's injectors if you're kind of paranoid about your 850's get them cleaned no need to spend that much money on primaries. Other little mods might inlcude removing your a/c (optional), intake for turbo or filter (I think that this is a must), shift light, fuel lines (optional), and new elbow.

One more thing man, I don't want to come off as an arrogant fvck but you are paying way too much for that stuff! I can get all of that well well below those prices. Hell with $4k I can get you a GT40R with mani and all other stuff that the T04R kit comes with. I'm not telling you to get stuff from me or anything (because I really don't sell stuff, I just buy it for myself and friends), I'd like to help another Rotary enthusiast. PM me if you'd like, you can check my ebay feedback to make sure I'm legit it's supersave-with-me! .

Good luck on your single set up.

Alex

With the set up you mentioned and what I added or commented on, you should make over 500rwhp if you have a good tuner. Sorry for being so opinionated but, what kind of suspension and drivetrain set up do you want now? Things you should definetely include are lsd (either kaaz or turbo II), diff. brace, clutch and flywheel (sprung or twin plate, that can hold 500 plus rwhp), scatter sheild (IS A MUST!!!!), springs (H&R are good), shocks (always been a fan of illumina's), and big rims either 17 or 18 by 10's in the rear and 17 or 18 by 9's in the front with a good off set ofcourse, wrapped in some nitto 555 or 555r's if it's a weekend car.

Not to rain on your parade or anything, but man, that's a lot of scratch for a turbo kit.

Have you looked at anything else?

GT40R, R85. Both of these kits are much cheaper, some as much as 1k, and they will probably do just as much as the TO4R

Does Gothamracing.com have price matching? Because I want a reputable shop to buy my stuff from unless fc alex can do better.

I'll find out how much I can get a HKS TO4R kit for. But the people I deal with, generally buys from Garrett themselves, not a rebadged garrett turbo. By Mani I ment exhaust manifold with a good wastegate either HKS or Tial larger than 48mm. Does the kit come with a fuel pressure regulator or not? This is a must. I will ask for you man, but nothing forsure.

Ussually they're custom made. Try to see if anyone on this site is selling one. I can ask around but they're ussually go for, anywhere between $100-$250. Worth it though, I'd rather pay that money then lose my legs because my clutch blew up.
