Ignition on Singles

For high power apps,

Realistically, how many people are full-CDI upgraded with MSD or otherwise?

I was just curious about what set-ups for ignition that people were having...

I searched for CDI, Ignition + singles, Ignition + High power, etc.. couldn't find any good threads
