identifying and locating exhaust housing

I have a t66 with a .70 divided exhaust housing. I was somehow getting 16psi at 4700rpms with a stock port engine borla xr1 in the midpipe and greddy sp catback. I want to know if you guys think this is really late for boost with that exhaust housing. Can you suggest maybe what was wrong? I was advised to get a .96 divided or 1.0 undevided by steve kan...I might have mixed the div and undev up. So Im getting a new motor now and retuned with more fuel system better bov and such. Should I change the housing or do you guys think Ill then get full boost even later or was there some major problem before that by doing all these changes I probably will have covered?

If so can anyone tell me where to get one of these housings used for the cheapest price. I dont think they wear out or anything right? maybe they crack? Also how can I tell what trim I need etc?

Thank You!
