Chris,
You're going to want to do a search on this and read the many varied opinions on this... There have been many good posts by experienced tuners like Rice Racing, The Hitman, Crispeed, etc etc on here and you will want to take in alll that advice and then form your own ideas about what you want to do.
On MY car with my LIMITED tuning experience, I tune for around 12.8 from P1-P10 and then under the boost areas for P11-P20 I pretty much have a smooth progression from 11.9 down to 10.8 or so. All the P-values I refer to are the standard PFC mappings. If you run the 3 bar map sensor or someone has re-mapped your P rows, be careful!
If you want to get more fuel economy you can tune P1-P10 for about 14 and be fine. I ran my car for a long time like that... it does get better mileage and smells less, but I found it didn't feel as frisky on throttle tip-in.
This is what I do, but I am a complete newbie compared to those names I mentioned above, so do your homework and decide for yourself.
