i need a 4-bolt to 2-bolt adapter

does anyone make an adapter that allows you to bolt a 2bolt tial 38mm wastegate to an HKS manifold with a 4bolt wastegate flange?

i found this adapter on atpturbo, but i think its 4bolt to 4bolt for the bigger tial wastegate:
