I just install T04 .60 single turbo form Polk performance and it have no power what so ever. And he say because he dosen't have a folfware to tune my power fc that why i running so rich and can"t boost it up..... any of you know what going on please helpppppppp .......

you do have some nice components on your car... the avcr and the power fc... there are a great deal of to4s and from your description it could be anything from mild to wild.

you appear to be in the early stages of the learning curve we all ride with the fd which is fine but could be both expensive and disappointing.

apparently you are boosting, or trying, to boost a totally untuned car.

you will blow your motor in short order unless you find a competent tuner to help you. you can not boost an untuned modified fd.

further, if your to4 is a 40 trim or larger you will need, at a minimum, larger secondary fuel injectors and a cosmo pump.

cruise the classifieds of this forum and you will find the above at very reasonable prices.

you say you are low on cash... if you can't get the car tuned and are not able to add the fuel injectors and pump turn the AVCR boost controller off and do not boost the car until it gets straightened out.

you have acquired some good stuff for a fabulous car, now is the time to take a break until you can finish the required part of the job. you are not where you need to be to boost your car. don't get "mad"..... just finish the job and, if you are not in the position to do it now, be patient and baby your car til it gets tuned.

i just saved you alot of money and heartache.

thanks yeah i have to wait tilli getting my fuel system from rx7store then find steve kan to tune it for me cause i will not risk my motor
but i taw if i run under 14or 15 psi of boost i will be safe with store fuel syste m..

Stock fuel system for 1 bar on a single=no way, don’t risk all your work for getting to anxious and jumping the gun

don’t try to boost, tune the car till its 100% ready

hahaha i didn't know well sound like i have no chose. ok no i have to find me a fuel pump and fuel injeter system then call steve kan up(if i can find him)....park the car at home huhuhuhuhuh

you just made the right decision.

there are lots of people in addition to Steve Kan ( who is certainly one of the best) that can tune your car.

what is the trim ( dimensions of your compressor wheel) of your to4? you need to know that so you get the right fuel injectors.

after you get fuel squared away i suggest you post on the board as to needing tuning help in your area. i'll bet someone will help you out.

thanks for all the advise and time too show me the way... i dont know anything about single turbo but i make sure i will get me a good fuel system before tune it any suggestion about fuel system....

i just oder extreme fuel system from rx7store.net and sending him my power fc box that he can tune it to run.. and i will retune it again to get a real power out of my car....is that sound good ....and safe.hihihihihihi
