Huge hesitation w/XS engineering t04s turbo!!!

Going to tune my car in a couple of weeks and decided to floor the car for the first time (around 15psi)and it hesitate really really bad at around 5-6k. It picks up really quick until 5-6k and it feels like gas ran out!!!

Just changed the plugs. The battery was relocated in the back so, I grounded it really good but still doing the same thing!

Any idea whats going on?
I have the hks twin power, power fc, 850/1600 injectors, bigger fuel pump, and etc...(less than 5k miles)

Could it be a bad ground, hks twin power, fuel pump, or fuel filter is clogged. The last owner tuned with 110 race gas and I'm running only 92. Would that make it hesitate???

Thanks!!!!

If you were running different inj/fuel setup when it was tuned before, it is now untuned.

If you value your motor do not floor it again until it is tuned.

Only thing different after the tuning is, the relocate of the battery, bigger fmic, softer spring on hks wastegate, boost controller, and not running 110 race gas. Would any of those make a difference?

Try getting it tuned. It might help.

Yes tune. I can't see how it would hurt.

Sounds like the previous owner had it tuned at higher boost (higher octane and stiffer wg spring?). Your tune at lower boost may be way off.

A bad ground or bad ignition could also be to blame.

Check everything again & get the timing and AFR adjusted before you blow that motor/turbo.

What is the boost set on the Power FC? You could be hitting fuel cut.
