Assuming I get the TO4E kit, how much will it cost to rebuild it? Everyone keeps telling me that i'll have to spend 1800 on a new one if i go with the apex kit... and how often are these turbos prone to break down??

 

I was quoted about $250 for parts and $250 for labor, kinda depends what needs replacing.
