Does the solenoid have two or three nipples on it? Also are they marked 'IN' and 'OUT' or just numbered?

You should have the three port solenoid.
For the factory turbo with internal wastegate--->
Looking at the solenoid with the middle port further away from the two outer ones. The first one on the left goes to intake manifold vacum. The middle port goes to the nipple on the front of the turbo. The third one on the right goes to the nipple on the wastegate actuator.
The first one on the left must be connected to a source that has manifold vacum. For example where the fuel regulator of blow-off valve hose is connected to.
Also some applications have a solenoid connected between the fuel regulator and manifold. Make sure and tee into the side of the solenoid that goes to the manifold.
If all that is too confusing then try this-->

The diagram above in the link shows how. Remember to check the dip switches in the back of the controller. You must set that up for internal or external wastegate type.
As for the fourth nipple I have no clue. Probably just a vent for the solenoid case.
Greddy's website does not have what you need either. They only have the first part of the instructions or part 1. By the time they put up part 2 we all will be driving souped up electric cars!
