How good is the PFC with a T-78
I was looking to install a T-78 before summer and wanted to know how the PFC holds up with a single. Is there anything needed to work nicely with the single? Such as three bar MAP or boost control kit???

If you plan on running over 17psi you will need the 3bar map. If you want the pfc to control boost you will need the boost control kit(3bar map, boost control solenoid, adapter harness for atmospheric pressure adjustment). Tecnically you can buy the solenoid for around $100(same as avcr solenoid) and the map sensor for $70 and you are fine. Then, if you want to be able to control everything yourself you need the Datalogit for $300 and a laptop. If you are just going to pay someone to tune it for you the Datalogit is not needed.

Man thanks for the quick response.
Datalogit, laptop, and wideband O2 for the rebuild a must single or not. I would rather have the proper tools to tune the car.
So just the 3 bar, thats not too bad. I have a Turbosmart manual boost control which could work in place of the boost control solenoid, correct? I think it would be nice to have control over the boost electronically though.
