how do i modify the wiring harness?(going single is a huge headache)

welp i'm in the middle of my single conversion.. my head hurts from trying to figure out what stays, what gets deleted and blocked off, which wires to cut and where to put resistors......

this is not the easiest mechanical thing i've ever done to say the least.....

my main question is, how do i modify the wiring harness for my 1600 injectors?

thanks for the help and direction.

What ECU are you running? PFC? If so depending on who you ask and who tunes your car you do or do not need resistors. You can get rid of all the solenoid wires, and a bunch of emissions crap. You'll need to remove and block off the ACV in order to install the secondary injectors if you haven't already done that.

there are resistors you have to splice into the stock wires ont he injectors.

If you are using the bosch 1600cc secondaries, Buy the connector clips with the wires. One end is connected to theinjectory and the other end is 2 wires which you cut off the stock connector from the harness and splice the wires together with the new wires from the bosch clip.

It doesnt matter which wire goes to what you just have to make sure the orignal connector is for the seconary injectors and not the primaries. The resistor is spliced between the 2 wires on one side, doesnt matter which. Talk to jason at rx7store, he will be able to provide you pictures most likely of what I am talking about.
