Ok, I'm not talking tuning - just wondering, how difficult it would be for a "backyard mechanic" like myself, to install a single turbo kit into an FD? I've never done any engine work, but i have installed a turbo kit on a honda prelude and such...

Anyone have an instruction manual on single turbo install? mebbe looking at that would be a good start...

If you buy a kit like the Apexi kit or something that has all the parts you need it is not very difficult. There are quite a few people around here that could help if you run into some odd problem or give you pointers once you pick out the kit you want.

If you have turboed an integra, then the RX-7 shouldn't be to difficult.

the hardest in my opinion is taking off the stock turbos and manifold..once you do this, installing the single turbo is cake
