Where can I get these extra deep pulleys and belts for a REW 13b motor?

 

Greg, if you look inside of the motor side of a dyno that the shops in NY use for their inspections you'll find similar parts.

 

atkins rotary. thats where that pic came from, and i know they sell a kit that converts the belts ( i saw it on brian cains car this weekend), but im not sure they use big *** blower belts like that

 

I'm trying to figure out WTF that is? It looks like an engine from an airplane to me... the big pulleys and gears and whatnot are on the rear (flywheel side) of the engine... am I close?

Plus, its a 1 rotor. I assume that they had to make everything there themselves... if you look close at the arm holding the larger pulley, it looks machined and a bit rough to me, but it could just be the picture.
