You have to modify the Holley to utilized it for a blowthrough set-up. I suggest you do an internet search or check in the 1st Gen section. This link shows modifications for an edelbrook: http://www.theturboforums.com/smf/in...topic=136075.0

650 holley blowthru was the same set up i was running i did all the modifications and was hitting from 17 to 20 psi without any problems running a 60-1 .96 ,, first thing what have u done to the carb to run boost , i removed the choke butterflies and rod and use a epoxy to seal the hole where the rod comes thru , , ull need to put plastic floats , i ran no power valve so installed a plug , run 50cc accelerator pump on pri and sec,, i bought moroso metering block reusable rubber gaskets , make sure u run a fuel injection fuel pump with a rising rate regulator set to around 7-9psi,. ull need a wideband to tune
hope this helps

Tuning
Those metal floats have to be replaced with plastic ones. The metal floats will crush under boost. Jetting I ran 67-70 on pri. And. 80-90s on sec I can't give u an exact number because it depends on your set up, what size turbo , how cold or hot the weather is And how much boost , I was running 17 psi on 9.4 t2 block. On a 60-1 turbo. The motor was street ported , Just to give u an idea. . Like. I said before you'll need a wideband to see where ur at
