HKS wastegate on Greddy manifod?

I have an HKS 50mm wastegate is the flange on the greddy manifold the same or similar? Will the HKS bolt up to the greddy?

It *should* bolt right up. I'm buying the Tial46mm and it bolts up. I don't see why Greddy would change the flange on their wastegate only. Wouldn't make sense marketing wise. Which manifold are you using? I have the Greddy cat iron from Japan (black) with TO4 flange.

Uh, no, HKS and GReddy wastegates have different flange patterns.&nbsp One is wider (I think GReddy); the HKS flange patterns tends to be more square.

...I thought it was the other way around. My Trust type S has a Square flange. Dragon's old HKS flange was rectangular...

I have a the same HKS racegate, it bolted straight to my South Florida Racing Manifold so i think its pretty much universal.

What Ted is saying is that not all manifolds and wastegates use the same flange. They don't use a universal flange to fit ALL manifolds.

Thats true but unless its a custom kit I believe the Specs from Greddy and HKS are the same.

I have the Tial 46mm and it definitely will not bolt directly to my Greddy ss manifold. The Tial gates use a much smaller flange. I'm going to have to find someone to custom make an adapter flange for me. Who wants the job?

That's so f*cked up. Why doesn't it fit on the SS Greddy manifold but fits on the Greddy cast iron manifold??? I have a Tial 46mm and it bolts up to the Greddy cast iron.
I don't THINK because it's made in Japan matters. I bought it in Japan. That's f*cked up. Wouldn't it be easier if ALL made just one flange to fit ALL manifolds??

You got lucky.
Tial wastegates are patterns after stock OEM Porsche turbo wastegate flange patterns, except for the smaller Tial wastegates that use the Turbonetics wastegate flange pattern.
