Exclamation HKS Wastegate Flange

Hey all,

Anyone knows;
  1. The dimensions,
  2. Where I can buy one.

I am speaking of the 60 mm HKS S Steel flange that comes with those autocrap manifolds....

This is what i am referring to....

I need it in 1/2 inch S Steel.

Thanks guys!

George

That's not a 60mm.
The only HKS 60mm is a GT series WG, which all use V-bands.

The flange you're looking at is for an HKS 50mm non-SS Race wastegate.

I was going to redirect you to the HKS website, but it looks like that wastegate is discontinued. :P

I've got a couple of them sitting around, so I can take some measurements for you?

What would happen if I didnt use a flange? As in HKS 40 mm wastegate bolted directly to an HKS manifold? I got the wastegate used and didnt realize the flange was missing

Did you ever get this figured out? I am in the same boat. :/ My used HKS wastegate had a flange, but it was bent... I don't know how it happened, if it was just a bad install or if the pressure from the piston pressing down on the flange the whole time pushed it out, but I need a new flange too.

well the one I have has a little "lip" around the little piston that I am guess seals it off. I dont think someone could make that...
