Does it fit the 13bre Cosmo and in an FC? Ty

My application was to use the HKS SS Tubular "T04Z" manifold on a 13BT in an FC.

The wastegate runners end up really close to the edge of the front subframe- a cut/weld to the WG flange on the WG runners with a slight angle could correct for this and point it more toward the transmission.

On my set-up, I cut off the WG runners and put dual 44mm WGs right on the manifold where the runners started- close fit to the motor mount and subframe, but I got it all to fit.

The manifold should fit the turbo to your 13BRE application as I believe the lower intake manifold is the same for fitment purposes as the 13BREW lower intake manifold.

Yes. (as the RE-LIM is much narrower than the FC-LIM)
