The T51R Kia BB is an awesome turbo! If you can afford to mod the car as needed to accomodate the turbo, then I would have to say that it is the best kit out there for 3rd gens! I plan to put mine in my FD around August! Don't worry, I'll definately post the stats on it as soon as I dyno with it!

t51R kia will beat the rb06, I know a few guys with them running over 500 at 1.1 bar. t51r is the best way to go for good spool time and big hp numbers

Yeah, I was hoping for something in the 500's or more! I have heard that with some great tuning and mods, that you might be able to put down something in the low 600's! But I don't know much about the rb06, so I can't really give you any info about the comparison between the two!

There are a few shop cars with 600-650 with t51, I think Scoot got 700ps at 2.0bar. If that turbo wasn't so expensive I would have it, period! I am not really sure how it compares to the gt35/40, don't know that much about the,.

Why pay all the cash for a name? Get a Turbonetics or Innovative turbo. T-70, T-72, T-76, all come in BB and are much cheaper.

Get what you want, people sometimes feel loyality to some companies lick you sub-zero. If everyone had the same turbo, then i wouldn't be "cool"

HKS is cooler then Innovative? If price is no object then what ever, but most of us have some sort of budget. Spend the extra money on useful parts instead of a HKS T51 and stock fuel system/or ignition like some Guys do . How cool will a Person be with a blown motor and a fancy HKS turbo. I have no loyalty to any turbo company, I just got a good deal on the one I have and hope that other Guys see that they can get big power for much better prices.

Is wasn't disagree with you, I will save money any chance that I get! Just some people like to waste money on stuff that they really don't need cuz it looks cool. That was what I was trying to say. I wish money wasn't an issue but that will never happen.

T-66 or the HKS T04R.

Poweraxil has one in the for sale section.

mmonaco you will be very happy, I haven't heard any complains about that turbine other than the price. My opinion the best turbine other than the t51spl, but that one is even more!!

It just matter if you do your tuning or not! IM not tuning my car i dont have the ***** to do that.. So what i am saying is that it matters what kind of tunner you have in your area and who you want to tune it and what they feel comfortable with. I bought a haltech and my tuner wanted me to get a PFC so i traded the haltech it! so ask your tuner and be tuner freindly!
