HKS BOV adjuster screw?

Ive had my HKS SS BOV for a few years and it seems to work fine. My question is this:

Is the screw adjustment in the back to adjust the speed it reacts at or how loud it is or something?

I searched for this, yet no one really said what its supposed to do. Anyone wanna give an answer to this simple question????

So the screw adjusts how fast the BOV reacts then? Or is it there to help control vaccum leaks at idle?

When i shift slowly on low boost, i get a slight chatter sound coming from the intake. It makes me wonder if the BOV isnt reacting fast enough to keep trapped pressure from going back into the turbo....
