area of 60 mm WG 4.38 sq inches
area of 38 mm WG 1.75 sq inches
area of 2 38 mm WG 3.51 sq inches
2 wastegates = lots of piping and lots of possible leaking V bands
take your pick

thanks for all the suggestions and constructive criticisms guys !
I think im leaning to getting something custom made, short runner, single 60mm wastegate, with a gtx3583R now.. haha
now if someone would just buy my damn recaro rz's = D

The support rods on the manifold cause the tubes to expand mostly on the bottom. Causing welds to separate on the opposite side of the enforcements. It's a bad idea. It's sch. 10, that's all the reinforcement you need.
I wasn't going to chime in but the first thing I thought was how that setup controls boost with the placement of the wastegate runner. Myself (IRP), Turblown, and Aspec all place the wastegate runner much more inline with the flow of exhaust. That design is asking the exhaust to make a 180 degree turn to get to the wastegate. I don't wan't to knock it because I haven't seen it perform, but there is a lot more to designing turbo kits than simply welding together a bunch of piping.
i bought a gtx3583r kit from them recently accouple months ago, took accouple months to get but everything bolted up nice n neat, only thing i redid was the turbo oil discharge line from the rubber hose to a braided fitting line, but everything else was nicely supported. the manifold was a thick gauge material so u wont have to worry about ever cracking it.
Honestly, stay away from Himni. I placed in order with them two days later I tried to confirm that it had been shipped, and I couldn't get through to anyone. There website constantly redirected me and said "Page not found", Called several times with no answer. Left several messages, then finally I get through to someone, and she was very nice on the phone, and after I get off the phone with her, I get an email from Himni telling me that I'm a liar and that they canceled my order because I didn't meet the minimum qualifications for a customer of theirs. Even though I was the one that put a complaint with PayPal against them.
I skimmed through this thread and was surprised I only saw Turblown mentioned once. I like their designs.
Turblown, if your reading this, wanna hook me up on the engine stud kit for advertising? LOL jk
Oh, anther nice manifold is DOC race 3/4" flanged sch 40 manifold. I don't know the wastegate size though, but a real hefty piece. You'll have to source the rest of the lines and plumbing though

I try to keep at least 1 kit in stock but often my fabricator can't keep up so I think 2 weeks is reasonable to deliver a kit. Still, I tell customers that the kits are built to order. I should have one ready to go in a couple days if you still need it.
Its always best to call before making large purchases, especially if you are in a rush. A lot of websites have to say " in stock " to allow customers to purchase them online. Ours actually gives lead times which is nice. However most places aren't constantly updated their websites 24/7. 99% of fabrication companies don't have any full turbo kits in stock. We used to be able to stock manifolds, but our sales have skyrocketed, and its impossible with sales everyday..
