Highest Hp Single turbo

Just curious, but whats the highest Hp single turbo you guys have seen on this site for any of the 13B, 13BREW, 13BRE, or 20B engines?

I saw the 20B in turbo in high tech performance in the RX8 shell I believe doing about 1000hp.

What im trying to get to, is whats the limit that these engines can produce? or have produced?

Is it even possible to get like 1500hp or higher? lol

Ray Wilson made 650ish to the wheels on C116.
Dee made 776rwhp on a mix of alcohol and C116.

Next project is:

cat Turbo
with a LONG tubular manifold
4" DP/Exhaust
CLR rotors (if I open the engine again)
Switching from the NPR larger intercooler (skinny, but flows good)
to a Monster that flows and cools better
and of course lots more fuel

I need race axles
as it is now..hehe

damnnn. I happen to get the TO4r(67) myself with a 1.00 dived. I was wondering about the axles.....was that a lot of hit on streets or track tires? And you want more turbo?

I need more top end
which only a bigger rear A/R like your 1.00 could give

Instead of me
dishing out the money for a new rear housing
and rebuild

I rather just upgrade to a New bigger turbo
and put the T67 on my other T2

With ET streets
I did numrous
1.48-1.49 60' foots

I tried using Drag Radials
this past Friday
and this happned in my 1st attempt

revved the motor
to 5k
let the hammer drop
car squated then "clunk"
Drag Radials just dont absorb the shock
Like ET streets do

Hey man,

Do you have any pics of the intercooler piping on your car? I will be using the small NPR intercooler, but I am not sure how to set up the piping

Which drag radials do you have? I take it you don't have much for sidewall? What was your tire pressure at? We've had really good look with drag radials but they are a little tricky. You either have to add more air so they'll spin a little or ride the clutch out a little so it doesn't shock. I'm sure you know these things so i hope i don't offend you.

We do have auto's in most of the Supra's that we run but quite a few of them are 6spd. Did i just say Supra on a RX7 site? OOps!

I'm helping a guy right now with a 2nd gen Rx7 so we'll see exactly how it reacts to the drag radial. We're gonna be running the 275 50 15 M/T drag radial. Hit it the 1st couple of times with 17-18 lbs. of air and start dropping from there. Don't usually like to go below 13-14 on a drag radial....at least in our experience.

I had the Air at 17 PSI

I have run this same drag radials
before
BFG 255/50/16

I have always slipped the clutch with them
But since I had good results dumping the clutch with the et streets
(spin then grab)

I thought I would try it
with the Drag Radials

Lets just say
It did not spin
It got major traction
They just layed some fresh VHT...lol

I won't try that again
till I get some chromoly axles

actually thats Ari yallon's dyno sheet
But he posted that it migh be off since his clutch was slipping it might of gave inflated hp/torque numbers

He does not know for sure
either way
at 5K is where the Nos kicks in in the sheet

But he does run low 9's
with those numbers with NoS he has to be close to it
