High Oil Pressure on journal bearing single

Hi all
Was wondering what your thoughts are on running a restrictor on journal bearing turbo. My car is using a higher then stock rear oil regulator and sees about 100 psi at 3500 rpm. From what I've read it seems there are two thoughts, no restrictors on journal bearing, or they only need about 30-40 psi and will be fine. My concern with no restrictor is damage to the turbo seals & shortened life of the turbo. Turbo I'm using if it matters is a Precission 6262 & using a -10 return. Thanks for your input.

I know for sure that you should use -12 for oil return on a jurnal bearing.

I had to run a scavenger pump and large lines to my catch can.

My drain was not enough angle to drain perfectly
