Here are the specs for the HKS turbo:

Pretty sure it is roller bearing (like the GT series turbos)

3037 1.01 A/R rear housing.
It has a To4S 0.70 front compressor.
HKS rate it about 450 ps

COMPRESSOR:
-Wheel- 52 Trim - 55.0 Inducers / 76.2 Major
-Housing- 100 Inlet / 50 Outlet - 0.70 A/R
TURBINE:
-Wheel- 84 Trim - 60.0 Major / 55.0 Exducer
-Housing- GT25 inlet / External GT30 outlet; 1.01 A/R

How would this turbo perform on my stock FC3S 1988 13BT?

thats a fairly small turbo, some of the supra guys use two of them for a twin settup. One by itself, probably isn't gonna satisfy you and that turbine would really choke the motor on the high end.
