For a 600WHP fuel setup with fuel to spare what would be the better choice. Twin in-tank Bosch's (CJ twin pump hanger), or an in-tank Walbro to an external surge feeding twin Bosch's?

Twin intank Bosch's or denso(supra 300lph) pumps will do just fine in the tank for that. The part that people fail to do is run run a decent relay to the pumps.

depends on your application and use. for a full effort road racing car, nothing tops an external surge can. but for a full time street car, nothing is a worse idea than a canister of gasoline mounted in the hatch with an intank pump flowing all out into the interior.

anyone have the SR Ultimate II pump on the car? I found this about a year ago and it seems to be the same pump as the Apex BNR 32 pump that has had great reviews. I am no at the point that I am working on my car and the fuel pump is one of the few iteams I need. Like many other I am looking for a pump that will be able to support 500 rwhp when the time comes. I also would like to stick with an intank pump and try to stay with one pump for simplicity.

rx7.com has a great relay in stock. The cheapy radio shack ones get hot and are prone to fail in frequent hard driving situations. http://rx7.com/store/rx7/fdfuel.html Good piece of mind for $35. I am sure someone could find a comparable one cheaper. Using at least 10 AWG wire is a plus as well. G

Aeromotive states the pump will produce over 340 LPH. They state "340 Stealth Fuel Pump apart is its superior flow throughout a wide pressure range. Compared to a typical 255 at 40 psi, the 340 Stealth Fuel Pump boasts over 30% more flow." I then found this link with looks like fuel pressure at 40 psi the pump will produce 340 LPH.

The SR Motorsports states Flows over 74 GPH at 43psi. I have not found a graph for this pump yet.

340LPH = 89.83 GPH.

Can anyone state that they have used ether pump? If so what was your feeling on how it preformed?

Thanks for the link. Will have to read it when I have time. Seems as of right now that the Aeromotive might be the way to go.

Word has it that the first batch of these Aeromotive pumps are sold out. So if anyone actually comes across one, you might want to grab it now.

Just ordered the pump from jegs and I should have be the end of next week. I won't be able to test out until I finish my car so it will be a couple months.

Hope someone can give info before then.
