well i recently acquired a PT67 turbo with low millage around 10 to be exact and i took a look at it inside, and it seems to have a bit oil coating on the heatshield inside the turbo exhaust side theres nothing wrong with the compressors side no leakage or anything in there. heres a picture showing what part of the turbo has some oil on it, the picture is not the exact turbo but just to show what part of the turbo im seeing oil coating on .
