Help with Single Turbo Decision

Hello, (94 R2)
Currently my stock turbos are shot and I am converting to a single.
I know alot of people have T-78's and was wondering how they liked 'em. I considered going with aftermarket twins also.
I want to pull a mininum 400RWHp. I pulled a 350 RWHP with stock twins with stock fuel system and ported motor.
I plan on upgrading fuel pump, injectors, etc. I currently run a PFS PMC, might switch to HALTEK.

Any suggestions or advice would be great!
Thanks

A To4S w/ A/R .86 would give you what you want with good response and little if no extra lag than the stock turbo's do... Or you could go with an A/R 1.0 exaust that would give you a better base to add on to later but with just a little bit more boost lag... Nothing you would really notice though during normal driving...
