How good of a turbo could I get for $1,000.00 Canadian. Used or new, one that is in good shape?

I got a brand new t04b with 1.15 ar P trip exhaust and .60 ar compressor. for $400 usd.

I need to add a 60-1 compressor though and thats like anouther 250+
