I need some help getting my avc-r running right. For some reason i can not get the darn thing to self lern the duty cycle. If I play with the duty I can get the desired boost, but Its a pain in the ***. I've read the instructions time and time again, and am having no luck. I have an external wastgate with a 1kg spring. I am trying to get it to self learn at 1.15 bar. If I set the boost to 1.15 and the duty cycle to 44% I hit it right on the money, but no self learn. Am I doing something wrong?

It's been so long since I've driven my car that I barely remember how the darn thing works. Anyway, it took a lot of street driving for the AVC-r to learn the boost patern on my car. What do you mean by 1Kg spring? 1 bar? If so, it's pretty high.

 

I mean a 1kg spring in the wastgate. it takes 1 kg before the wastgate opens. 1 bar = 1 kg. I guess i'll just keep drinving until it learns.
