You need at the very least larger secondaries. 1200-1300's are the easiest cheapest solution. What type EMS do you have right now?

you actually need to upgrade your ecu before you do anything. The stock ecu will not control a single turbo car properly. Along with the ecu, you will need to upgrade your injectors and fuel pump in order to make any power greater than like 290-300 whp. I do not suggest driving the car without an upgraded ecu, it will cost you more to rebuild the motor, because it WILL break if you boost and are not carefull.

Good advice from fastcarfreak, your in the danger zone running a single with a stock ECU.

I would expect your going to get one PFC or something like it. Your going to have to upgrade your injectors. 1300cc secondary should do it, and from what I was told with a good tunner you can keep your 550 primary or go up to 650's . Your also going to need a boost controler. Join the "when will it end" club. Going single sounds simple but its not cheap

You can have the stock secondaries enlarged (by RC Engineering and others) from 850 cc/min to 1200 or 1300 cc/min. Those fit in the stock rail.

Or you can get a top-feed rail and use 160 lbs/hr (= 1684 cc/min, but commonly called "1600s") or other size top-feed injectors.
