Hey guys and gals... I have not had time to stay up on this thread...Sorry. We have decided for many reasons to discontinue the use of these. Mainly because installation is a real pain and if you bend these the wrong way or do not tighten them correctly they are prone to leaks.

We now use the CJ-motorsports kit on all of our projects.

I ran these lines on my car for 4 years during cold fall days and hot summer days. The one problem I did have was my wire harness started to rub through one of the tubes. They've been on and off my car a number a times with no leaks. I will say if I were to do it over again I would do stainless instead of Alum because of the heat transfer issue. The rubber hose does do a nice job of isolating heat.

if you guys are worried about the fuel line anealing, what abot the aluminum fitting? the fittings get thrown around all day long and you have never heard of them cracking at the sealing face or in the center. they deal with the same pressures and enviroment as the tubing.

Not quite true.

Lines are longer and the forces are much greater on lines than fittings.
