Talk to ralph over at Ground Zero Motorsports, I made a manifold for him and he just loves what the car is doing.

Have you got the car running properly with the TA51 yet?

I know what you're going to say, I should get my car running properly before I change anything ,right ?? ,well I am not really pushing for the sale , if the guy comes through i'll sell , if not i'll keep it its all the same to me. The Gt42 has a better power potential and the ball bearing would respond the same or better with the larger turbine wheel (84mm vs 79mm) , I may even be able to run a smaller a/r have boost earlier and still make some good numbers, this is why I am considering the change.

Yes, that was exactly what I was going to say.

Even though the GT42 may have better power potential wouldn't you like to see what the TA can produce?

Yes of course I would , but the hard work , persistance , blood , sweat and tears required would be the same either way . If there is the possibility of getting a better pay back with the GT42 , I'll go that route. The change may not even happen ' since I havent herd anything from the guy yet , everything is still up in the air. If he doesnt get back to me by the time I'm ready to put my motor back in I'll stick with my turbo .

Did you ever end up getting the car on the dyno?

I remember you were posting that you were going to dyno but been off the forum for a while.

We put the GT42R on a large street port with 430 gears , and the car runs like a shifter cart.
We are still breaking it in, but so far its the most fun car yet that we have built. We are still
only running 1.2 bar to break in, but so far at about 5000rpm all hell starts breaking loose.

And please, could you post the dyno sheet too? I'm doing the same thing but it's going to be a while before it runs. I just want to daydream.
