Gt4094r

Just looking to see if anyone is running this newer hybrid turbo from garrett. I believe its basically a mix of the GT42R and the GT40R...though i may be wrong......any power numbers on it?

according to its flow maps it can flow enough for 850hp...which is the same as the GT42R i believe.....

do a search for the member "asleep", he has two or three threads about his set-up and turbo. You also may want to pm him, he knows his ****.

I am also running one. I was heading to the dyno Monday until my LC-1 wideband failed again. 3rd sensor in 3 months. Anyway I believe Asleep made around 500 on 21 psi. I am sure it has more in it with more boost. I sure wont be the one to post impressive numbers with my tuning skills. But I will post them up whenever I get my wideband up and running.

I thought that large turbines were the ticket with rotaries

like wont a s475 borg warner do better than a gt4202 on a rotary? That is the impression i have got... because they have similar compressors but the turbine on the s475 is bigger

like stories i have heard of the s475 spooling better than a 42
