I need your advice on the best shop to send a turbo for an inspection and possible rebuild.

I have a T51R Garrett Auto Sport Engineering (ASE) turbo kit. ASE is from Australia. The specs on the turbo are:

.72 compressor housing
.122 exhaust housing
76mm compressor wheel with a 56 trim
71mm turbine wheel with a 76 trim

Because we've found metal shavings in my engine oil and I need to have the turbo opened up and inspected/repaired if needed before reinstalling it. Garrett won't do the work because it's a custom turbo.

So where can I send the turbo here in the US to perform the inspection/rebuild?
