gt35r .82ar
I decided to use the .82a/r gt35r because i was after a really fast hitting turbo with decent power potential.
The dilemma i have is whether i should port the motor or not or maybe just give it a very mild port and clean up the runners.
Do you think it is worthwhile doing anything more than this being i am only using a .82a/r hotside and not looking to get big power, maybe about 400rwhp max.
Would i be correct in saying that a large streetport would even work against a turbo of this dimension?
Also anyone with the same set-up please let me know what power you're making at what boost and where you reach full boost, ect.
Thanks.

check out www.catenet.net/dyno.php - there are a few graphs of 35R's up there - most with the 1.06 A/R housing. The .82 housing sounds a bit small - the 1.06's are already hitting full boost between 3500 and 4000rpm. 400rwhp might be tough on the .82...
